At Victory Horizons Community Center we want to keep things simple for the new year ahead. We have restructured our programs to help encourage parents to give us the opportunity to be a part of their child's growth and development.

 

Programs that are exciting and intriguing to our youth as well as offer cultural, social, academic, and recreational components will aide while enhancing and developing the quality of life for our youth is what we offer here at VHCC.

 

We offer programs, special events, and activities to both our youth and adult community. For what we offer, our fees can not be matched by any other youth organization or center in the Fayetteville - Cumberland County Area.
